Meet Rory - Director and Builder

RAW Builds was founded by Rory Humphries, a qualified Brisbane builder with a passion for crafting spaces that are built to last and finished with care.

After years of hands-on experience across a wide range of residential projects — from detailed architectural renovations and build-unders to full home builds — Rory saw an opportunity to create a business that focused on doing things differently: clear communication, refined design, and genuine pride in the process.

Based in Bracken Ridge and working across the wider Brisbane area, RAW Builds combines the reliability of traditional building values with a modern eye for detail and finish. Whether it’s transforming an existing space or starting fresh from the ground up, every project is approached with the same commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

Behind the name is a small, dedicated team and a trusted network of local trades — all sharing the same belief that the best builds come from strong relationships, honest advice, and attention to every detail.
